# Product Designer

> Design calm, clear flows for planning, reporting, and everyday task work.

## About the role

You will design the parts of the product teams use to plan their week and report on their quarter. You will work with an engineer and a product lead on each project, and you will talk to customers often.

## What you will do

- Turn messy problems into simple flows, then test them with real teams
- Design in our shared component library and help it grow
- Write short design notes that explain the why, not only the what
- Review shipped work and push for the small details

## What you bring

- Four or more years designing software products
- A portfolio that shows your process, not only the final screens
- Strong interaction and visual design skills
- Comfort presenting your work in writing and in short calls
