How do I create my first workspace?
Sign up with your work email, name your workspace, and pick a starter template. You can rename it or change the template at any time.
Can I import tasks from another tool?
Yes. Import a CSV file from Settings → Import, or connect a supported tool and bring over projects, tasks, and due dates in one go.
How long does it take to set up?
Most teams are up and running in under an hour. Invite a few teammates, create a project, and add the tasks you are already working on.
Does it work on phones and tablets?
Yes. The workspace runs in any modern browser on desktop, tablet, and phone, so your team can check in from anywhere.
Where can I learn the basics?
The help center has short guides for every feature, and each new workspace includes a sample project you can explore and delete.
Billing and plans
Is there a free trial?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You do not need a credit card to begin, and you can cancel at any time.
How does per-member pricing work?
You pay for each member in your workspace. Guests who only view or comment on shared projects are free. See pricing for details.
Can I switch plans later?
You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. We adjust your next invoice for the days left in your billing period.
Do you offer yearly billing?
Yes. Paying yearly saves 20% compared to paying month by month.
How do I get an invoice?
Invoices are emailed to the billing contact after every payment, and you can download past invoices from Settings → Billing.
Security and data
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in secure data centers with encrypted backups. Business plans can choose the region their workspace lives in.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to production systems is limited to a small, audited group.
Can I export my data?
Admins can export every project, task, and comment as CSV or JSON from Settings → Export at any time, on every plan.
Do you support single sign-on?
Business plans support single sign-on with any SAML 2.0 identity provider, plus enforced two-factor sign-in for every member.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your workspace stays readable for 30 days after you cancel, so you can export what you need. After that, we delete it for good.
Integrations
Which tools can I connect?

Do integrations cost extra?
No. Every integration is included in every plan, including the free trial.
Is there an API?
Yes. The REST API and webhooks let you create tasks, sync updates, and build your own reports. Keys are managed in Settings → API.
Can I connect calendars?
Connect your calendar to see due dates next to your meetings, and block focus time for the tasks you plan each day.
Who can add an integration?
Admins can add integrations for the whole workspace. Members can connect personal tools, such as their own calendar.
Teams and permissions
What roles are there?
Owners, admins, members, and guests. Owners manage billing, admins manage people and settings, members do the work, and guests see only what you share.
Can I invite people outside my company?
Yes. Invite clients or freelancers as guests. They see only the projects you share with them and do not count as paid members.
Can I limit who sees a project?
Make any project private and pick who can view, comment, or edit it. Private projects do not show up in search for anyone else.
How do I remove a member?
Admins can remove a member from Settings → People. Their tasks stay in place, ready to be reassigned.
Can I transfer workspace ownership?
The current owner can hand over ownership to any admin from Settings → Workspace. The new owner takes over billing too.
