This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website or use our task management workspace, why we collect it, and the choices you have. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean the company that operates this website, and “you” means a visitor, customer, or member of a workspace.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service and improve it.
- Account details: your name, email address, password (stored as a hash), and the workspace you belong to.
- Workspace content: the tasks, comments, files, and calendar events you and your team add. This content belongs to your workspace.
- Billing details: plan, invoices, and the billing contact. Card numbers are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser type, and approximate location based on your IP address.
- Messages to us: what you send through the contact form, the demo request form, or support email.
How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and workspace.
- To provide the features you use, such as reminders, notifications, and reports.
- To answer your questions and give support.
- To send service emails, such as password resets, invoices, and important product changes.
- To understand how the product is used so we can fix problems and improve it.
- To send product news, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe from any of these emails.
Legal basis for processing
Where privacy laws require a legal basis, we rely on the contract with you or your organization to provide the service, on our legitimate interest in keeping it secure and improving it, on your consent for optional emails and cookies, and on legal obligations such as keeping invoices.
Sharing your information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that host the product, process payments, send email, or provide support tools, under contracts that limit how they use the data.
- Your workspace: members and admins of a workspace can see the content and profile details shared in it.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
- A buyer or successor, if the company is involved in a merger or acquisition. We will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.
Data retention
We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. When a workspace is deleted, its content is removed from our systems within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days. We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular reviews to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or limit some processing. Workspace admins can export and delete workspace content from the settings page. For anything else, contact us and we will reply within 30 days.
Children
The service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. When we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and let account owners know by email.
