Sample text. This page is a placeholder for the theme. Replace it with terms reviewed by your own legal counsel before launch. It is not legal advice.
These terms apply when you visit this website or use our task management service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you agree for that organization.
Your account
You need an account to use the product. Keep your login details private and tell us right away if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens in your account, and workspace admins are responsible for who they invite.
Using the service
You may use the service for lawful business and personal projects. Please do not:
- break the law, or infringe on someone else’s rights;
- upload malware, or try to access data or systems you are not allowed to;
- overload the service, or scrape it with automated tools;
- resell the service without our written permission.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, after a warning when possible.
Your content
Tasks, comments, and files you add stay yours. You give us permission to store, process, and display them only to provide the service to you and your workspace. You can export or delete your content at any time.
Plans, billing, and trials
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Free trials end automatically, and you will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may add, change, or remove features. If a change significantly reduces what you paid for, you can cancel and receive a refund for the unused period.
Intellectual property
The service, its design, and its code belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to our trademarks or brand.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending these terms
You can close your account at any time from the settings page. We may end these terms if you seriously or repeatedly break them. After closure, we delete workspace content as described in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify account owners at least 30 days before they apply.
