Many projects involve people who are not on your team: a client who approves designs, a freelancer who writes copy, a partner who needs to follow progress. Guest access lets you bring them in without giving them the keys to your whole workspace.
What’s new
- Project-level invites: invite a guest by email from the project’s Share menu.
- Limited by default: guests only see the project they were invited to. They cannot browse other projects, people, or workspace settings.
- Choose what they can do: guests can comment only, or comment and edit tasks assigned to them.
- Free for guests: each project can have up to 10 guests at no extra cost.
