Product Designer

About the role

You will design the parts of the product teams use to plan their week and report on their quarter. You will work with an engineer and a product lead on each project, and you will talk to customers often.

What you will do

• Turn messy problems into simple flows, then test them with real teams
• Design in our shared component library and help it grow
• Write short design notes that explain the why, not only the what
• Review shipped work and push for the small details

What you bring

• Four or more years designing software products
• A portfolio that shows your process, not only the final screens
• Strong interaction and visual design skills
• Comfort presenting your work in writing and in short calls
